Multiple Countries Free Shipping on All Orders 

Leaflife offers Free Shipping to multiple countries around the world. If your order with eligible items meets the free shipping order and your shipping to an eligible international delivery address, you can choose the ‘Free Shipping’ option during checkout. Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order’s free shipping eligibility.

Typically, we use DHL and UPS to deliver your goods. Shipping methods are not fixed, they may vary according to country location, order amount, customer requirements, etc.

Processing time: Is from the time you submit your order to when the product leaves our warehouses, normally it takes 2-3 business days.

Shipping time: is from when the product leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.

8-15  business days (excluding weekends/holidays) for:

WRONG ADDRESS Please contact us immediately if you believe you have given us a wrong shipping address. If the processing time has passed, and the product had left the warehouse, unfortunately, there is not much we can do.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES If the tracking information states a successful delivery to the provided address, yet you haven’t received your product, we do advise you to contact your respective shipping carrier to initiate an investigation. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. TRACKING the tracking number is automatically sent to the email provided during the purchase in 1-3 days after the order is placed.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

  1. All returned products will incur a 15% restocking/reconditioning fee if the box/crate/container has been opened.
  2. All merchandise must be returned in its original box with original packing materials and must be packed in such a manner that it will not incur damages in return transit. Any damages to returned products are the sole responsibility of the customer and such damage claims are between the carrier and customer.
  3. Refunds and exchanges will be given within 30 days from the original date of purchase. All credits and remaining refunds for the merchandise will be given back to the customer in the form of the original payment type.
  4. Custom orders can not be returned for any reason.
  5. All refunds issued will be less shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  6. All returns must be approved, Skin Act before they are returned and must be accompanied by an RMA number.
  7. There will be no cash refund issued for financed orders, only store credit will be issued for financed orders.
  8. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
  9. For health and safety reasons, special restrictions apply on some items, such as foot spas, skincare equipment, etc.


For Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Porto Rico, American territories outside mainland and other international orders product warranty does not cover product shipping charges for replacement or damaged items at any shape or form and anytime or the day after purchase. The client is solely responsible for all the shipping charges during the warranty period.
